Drone Weather Forecast provides weather forecasts, aviation awareness information, flight safety assessments, airport proximity information, map-based features, and other drone flight planning tools.
The App is intended to assist drone pilots in planning flights and making informed decisions regarding weather and aviation conditions.
2. No Aviation or Safety Guarantee
Drone Weather Forecast is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
The App does not provide official aviation guidance, air traffic control services, legal authorization, flight clearance, NOTAM information, or regulatory approval to operate a drone.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Verifying local airspace restrictions
- Checking official aviation sources
- Assessing weather conditions
- Determining whether flight operations are safe and legal
You acknowledge that weather conditions, aviation information, and safety assessments may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App may offer optional premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases.
Available plans may include:
- Monthly Subscription
- Annual Subscription
- Lifetime Access
Subscription prices may vary by country and are displayed before purchase.
Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store account.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime purchases provide access to premium features for the lifetime of the App, subject to continued availability of the App and related services.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
We do not have access to payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, graphics, content, trademarks, and functionality, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Create derivative works
without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms
- Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times.

Weather, aviation, map, or third-party services may become unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store
- RevenueCat
- Firebase
- Open-Meteo
- Apple MapKit
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of the App
- Inability to use the App
- Flight decisions
- Weather conditions
- Aviation information
- Data inaccuracies
- Service interruptions
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective when posted within the App or on associated websites.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
