1. Overview
FAA Part 107 Practice Exam is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the FAA Part 107 knowledge exam.
The App does not require account registration and does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal information.
Certain technical, usage, diagnostic, advertising, and subscription-related information may be processed automatically through third-party services integrated into the App.

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
Depending on your device settings, location, consent choices, and applicable law, AdMob may process information such as:

Where applicable, personal information may be processed under one or more of the following legal bases:
- your consent;
- performance of a contract, including providing Premium subscription features;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the App;
- compliance with legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

The App is intended for users preparing for an aviation knowledge examination and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect directly identifiable personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
