Fishing Forecast provides weather-based fishing forecasts, bite score calculations, solunar information, fishing spot management, catch logging, statistics, and related fishing tools.
The App is provided for informational and recreational purposes only.
3. No Guarantee of Fishing Results
Fishing Forecast provides estimates, forecasts, and recommendations based on available weather and environmental data.
We do not guarantee:
- Fishing success
- Catch rates
- Fish activity
- Accuracy of forecasts
- Availability of fish at any location
Fishing decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
4. Outdoor Activity Disclaimer
Fishing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Personal safety
- Weather decisions
- Water conditions
- Navigation decisions
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Obtaining required licenses or permits
The App should not be relied upon as a substitute for official weather, marine, navigation, or safety information.
5. Subscriptions
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription (“Pro”).
Available subscription options may include:

- Annual subscription
- Lifetime purchase
Subscription pricing may vary by region and is displayed within the App before purchase.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
7. Free Features and Premium Features
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or reclassify features between free and premium tiers at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design elements, software, graphics, and functionality of the App are owned by Fishing Forecast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
- Resell
any portion of the App without prior written permission.
9. User Content
Catch Journal entries, notes, photos, and saved fishing spots remain your responsibility.
You represent that any content you add to the App does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or operate without interruption.
Features, APIs, forecasts, and services may change, be modified, or become unavailable without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishing Forecast and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Missed fishing opportunities
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Decisions made based on App forecasts or recommendations
Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store
- RevenueCat
- Firebase
- Open-Meteo
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or operation of third-party services.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
